Clay T. Raun is the founding attorney of Raun Law Firm, where he brings a broad spectrum of legal expertise to individuals, families, and businesses. Raised in Lake Jackson, Texas, and a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, Clay’s diverse background in business, law, and tribal economic development shapes his strategic approach to legal practice.

Clay began his professional career in human resources, working extensively in the HR department at the Pawnee Tribal Development Corporation, the economic development arm of the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma. Toward the end of his tenure, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer before transitioning to a career in law. Clay is deeply grateful to the Pawnee Nation for the opportunity to work within their community, an experience that greatly shaped his professional and personal growth. 

Clay earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he served as the Class President. During law school, he gained valuable experience as a legal intern at Durbin, Larimore, & Bialick (DLB), a prominent Oklahoma law firm, and subsequently joined DLB as an associate attorney upon his admission to the bar. 

In August 2024, Clay founded Raun Law Firm to provide personalized, high-quality legal services. His client-first approach drives his commitment to delivering tailored legal solutions and helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with confidence and clarity.
